- Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must report it within 7 days of delivery.
- Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately for a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used ink cartridges/toners
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
- Customized or special-order items
3. How to Initiate a Return

- Receive Return Authorization: We will provide return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Pack the Item Securely: Use the original packaging and include all accessories.
- Ship the Product Back: Send the item to the return address provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Tracking Your Return: Keep the tracking number until your return is processed.
4. Refund Process
