This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions and process for returning products and requesting refunds.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must report it within 7 days of delivery.
  • Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately for a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used ink cartridges/toners
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
  • Customized or special-order items

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Contact Us at info@inksellingpro.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Receive Return Authorization: We will provide return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  • Pack the Item Securely: Use the original packaging and include all accessories.
  • Ship the Product Back: Send the item to the return address provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • Tracking Your Return: Keep the tracking number until your return is processed.

4. Refund Process

  • Refund Approval: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: If the item is returned not in its original condition or missing parts, a partial refund may be issued.

Late or Missing Refunds?
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days, check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

5. Exchanges & Replacements

  • Defective or damaged products will be replaced at no extra cost.
  • If the same item is unavailable, you can choose a store credit or a full refund.

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • If your order has already been shipped, you must follow the return process.

We cover return shipping if:

Customer covers return shipping if:

  • The item is no longer needed or ordered by mistake.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.
